Simply attach, lock, and ride! The Touratech “Plug & Travel” mounting system for BMW VARIO case mounts.
With this specially developed Touratech “Plug & Travel” mounting system, you can switch between the original BMW VARIO cases and Touratech soft luggage side bags in seconds – without tools, modifications, or hassle.
The system utilizes the discreet, original BMW mounting points of the Vario cases. No additional racks are required. The “Plug & Travel” system is operated via the proven ZEGA EVO lever mechanism. This ensures maximum stability, a secure hold, and simple, intuitive operation.
Thanks to its reinforced plastic body and a 3 mm thick, black anodized aluminum plate, the adapter is particularly robust and durable.

Side Bags Extreme
The EXTREME Edition soft luggage system is the ideal adventure soft luggage alternative to the original BMW Vario plastic cases.
The bag is closed using a roll-top closure that has proven itself millions of times over – dustproof, sandproof, and waterproof! An additional mesh pocket keeps small items, such as a safety vest, within easy reach. The side tie-down points allow for the addition of our Accessory Bag+ or other items that can be attached using the D-ring or webbing loops.
As is standard for the EXTREME Edition, the side bag also features reflective prints for enhanced passive safety.
The super-robust EXTREME Edition soft panniers by Touratech Waterproof are supplied as a combination of either two 30-liter or two 40-liter bags.
The system with the 30-liter bags is more than one-third lighter than a BMW VARIO case for the same volume. The system with the 40-liter bags offers 10 liters more volume and is almost one-third lighter than a BMW VARIO case.
